In 2023, our owner, Ella, began her journey in the retail industry, where she quickly discovered a genuine passion for fashion and the confidence it can inspire. What started as a job soon became something much more meaningful. Ella loved helping customers find pieces that reflected their individual personalities, creating genuine connections, and, most importantly, seeing the confidence that came from finding an outfit that made them feel their best.

Through those experiences, Ella began to envision something of her own—a boutique where fashion could be more personal, welcoming, and inclusive. She dreamed of creating a space where customers could feel comfortable exploring their style, stepping outside of their comfort zones, and discovering pieces they may not have otherwise considered.

That dream became a reality with the founding of Ella Rae & Co.
